Offline Capabilities

While the majority of Configure One's customers use Concept Enterprise Product Configurator in a purely web-based fashion, there are times when end users need to use Concept Enterprise Product Configurator in a standalone mode when the Internet is not available. For these situations, Configure One offers an off-line solution, Concept Compass. With Concept Compass, you can create and maintain product configurations and quotes offline and easily upload the changes to the network when convenient.

• Push or pull capabilities allow you to synchronize upon re-connection to the network or on a scheduled basis
• Low bandwidth tolerant, allowing users to synchronize via cell phones or dial-up connections
• Synchronization confirmation ensures that if connectivity is lost during synchronization, incomplete data sets are rolled back and future synchronization attempts resume at the "last known good" point
