Configure One's training strategy is a combination of a formal training class and informal, subject-specific mentoring. All of our training services are focused on ensuring our customers are completely self-sufficient at implementing and maintaining their Concept Enterprise Product Configurator, Concept E-Catalog, and/or Concept E-Commerce solutions.

Configure One provides Concept Administrative and Super User training at our Oak Brook, Illinois, (Chicago area) USA and Essex County, United Kingdom (London area) facilities. This is a hands-on class designed for those responsible for implementing and maintaining their Concept Enterprise Product Configurator or Concept E-Catalog deployments. Configure One's Administrative and Super User training classes are very effective because the class contains trainees from only one company-yours!

This allows the Configure One instructor to focus on the Concept functionality purchased by your company, and to move through the training material at the appropriate pace. Another unique aspect of this approach is that the training it is conducted by your assigned Configure One project manager. As your project manager is already very familiar with your company, your products, and your Concept implementation, this approach is ultimately more effective than being trained by someone who hasn't been involved in your implementation.
