Configure One professional service personnel can deliver a services strategy that focuses on training you how to implement Concept and making you quickly self-sufficient, or a turnkey approach to the implementation where Configure One shoulders the majority of the implementation, or a services strategy anywhere in between a training / mentoring option and a turnkey option.

Training / Mentoring Services Option

With this approach, Configure One takes the role of trainer and mentor. The customer takes responsibility for the majority of the software implementation. The first step is to identify a qualified person(s) to undertake the role of Concept Administrator. This person(s) will be responsible for modeling data and product rules into Concept. Configure One provides comprehensive Concept Administrator training classes. Every customer is assigned a Configure One project manager whose responsibilities include providing mentoring and consulting throughout the life of the project. Concept Enterprise Product Configurator and Concept E-Catalog can be implemented without any programming knowledge or skills. Concept's easy-to-use administrative screens enable anyone with product knowledge, such as engineers, product managers, and marketing professionals to implement Concept.

Turnkey Services Option

With this approach, Configure One provides a turnkey solution, and undertakes the entire software implementation effort with minimal disruption to your day-to-day business operations. Our project managers lead the project, learn your product and detailed business rules, and deliver to you a complete solution. The Configure One project manager will conduct design reviews throughout the entire project. As the client you are the final authority on the direction of the project.
