Configure One continues expansion; Eric Serrano to join Professional Services team

OAK BROOK, IL – July 24, 2017 We’re excited to announce that Eric Serrano has joined the rapidly growing Configure One team as an Implementation Consultant in the Professional Services group. Originally from Des Plaines, IL, Eric received a degree in Computer Information Systems from DePaul University before spending time with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois as an implementation analyst. When he’s not interacting with Configure One customers, you’ll find Eric at the gym, mixing it up on the basketball court, or on the soccer field.

Implementation consultants at Configure One work directly with our customers to provide training and mentoring, guaranteeing that their new CPQ system can meet the needs of the leading manufacturers around the world. Configure One implementation consultants have the unique responsibility of being the subject matter expert for our CPQ application as well as our customer’s product lines and services. They deliver the level of support that our customers deserve, our implementation consultants will spend a significant amount of their time learning the product rules, compatibility options, and unique requirements that makes each of our customers successful.
