“Over the past decade, I was fortunate enough to work for three CPQ software companies: Configure One, Model N, and Apttus, and after a short stint at a startup I co-founded, I decided to come back to Configure One. What I learned during this time is that beyond the features and functions of the software, the key to a successful CPQ implementation (and other complex enterprise applications like ERP and CRM) lies within the team tasked with said implementation.”
