Configure One Welcomes Diana Cervantes

Configure One is thrilled to announce Diana Cervantes as the latest addition to our family. Diana joins Configure One’s Customer Success team with 13+ years of experience in the learning analytics industry on a variety of roles. Her career began on the Product team focusing on quality and product knowledge, later managing the delivery of roadmap functionality and funded enhancements. When the opportunity presented itself to join the Sales team, she took the opportunity to work with prospects to demonstrate the value in a PreSales capacity. She is excited to continue her career with us and applying all she has learned to making our customers successful.

At home, her husband Marc, and twins, Sophia and Stephen help her practice her project management, logistics, consulting, negotiations, culinary, medical, and other useful skills one never thought would all occur in one day. She enjoys her time with family, especially her parents whom she sees often, friends, traveling to faraway lands, getting lost in a good story when possible, and discovering everything that “sparks joy” at home.
