Configure One Welcomes Mike Edwards

Configure One is delighted to welcome Mike Edwards into the fold. Mike joins Configure One’s Customer Success team with 9+ years of experience in enterprise software support and consulting, onsite training for manufacturing software, and improving e-commerce website systems. Mike shared a little about himself “I’m interested in improving data quality, user experience, help center documentation, and reducing any IT frustrations. More recently I started taking additional courses in JavaScript and React web development. I’m really excited about joining the Configure One team!”

In his free time, Mike enjoys music, playing his Stratocaster electric guitar, and traveling to National Parks (most recent favorites are Yosemite and Muir Woods). He likes going to concerts, playing cards and board games with friends, baseball, watching movies and TV, reading, cooking, and finding new restaurants to try out. Mike is a lover of all animals, especially dogs. He grew up in the Chicago western suburbs. Mike really enjoys hanging out with family and his sisters who fortunately live nearby.
