Northeast/Eastern Canada User Group Meeting

The Northeast/Eastern Canada User Group gathered for it’s first virtual meeting on Friday, May 29th, 2020. We had 15 customers from 7 different companies. One company gave an excellent presentation on their workflow and user adoption which sparked a very spirited conversation with participation from everyone. This group loved the experience and had a lot of suggestions for future topics – more showcases, advanced implementations, cross departmental user adoption, and executive buy-in discussions, to name a few. Before the call was over, we got a lot of praise for putting the meeting together and lots of positive feedback. Following the meeting, we received the following message from one attendee stating:

Honestly when I saw it was going to be pretty much all day, I was hesitant and curious as to how it would go. As it turns out it was a great event and the day was well organized, interesting , informative and went by very quickly!!

It was great to see how others use Configure One and to hear their insights and ideas. The customer demo was amazing and inspiring. I very much look forward to the next one!! Great idea for you guys to host and organize these events for us!! Thank you!!
