Southeast User Group Meeting – May, 2020

The Southeast User Group gathered virtually for its inaugural meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. We had an amazing turnout of 17 customers from 11 different companies. Jessica gave a very robust demonstration of her implementation process with Configure One. Utilizing polls throughout the meeting, we were able to determine that our Southeast customers are most excited about the Community Forum, subsequent User Groups, and CPQ talks. And with regards to new features, they are most pumped about the new upload manager and GraphQL API. We also had a lot of customers express interest in utilizing visualization as part of their long term plans and had great conversation around user adoption. As a result of the user group, several customers also requested examples of branding integration after viewing Kiana’s demos.

This group had a lot of outspoken participants, which allowed for great conversation and participation. All in all, it was a very successful gathering of our Southeast customers.
