Upper Midwest User Group Meeting

Configure One hosted its inaugural Upper Midwest User Group meeting on Thursday, August 20. In all, 12 representatives from seven companies gathered virtually for a day of sharing and collaborating around their use of Configure One’s CPQ software.

After hosting several regional user group meetings for regionally-aligned customers and the feedback has been universally positive. Configure One customers find that the opportunity to interact with others using the software is invaluable.

One of the most popular segments is when customers share their customized Configure One solution with the group. For the Upper Midwest meeting, a customer demonstrated how they leverage Configure One to produce realistic, and fast, Real Time 3D product renderings of its cranes and trucks.

During the user group, Configure One facilitated a variety of discussions including the roadmap of upcoming features as well as led candid conversations regarding pain points and potential solutions. Two pain points discussed were user adoption best practices and difficulties with getting skeptics on board and up-to-date with the latest software release.

User Group meetings are only successful with engaged customer attendees, and Configure One is grateful to everyone who attended and made the Upper Midwest meeting a success.
