Attainia | PLAN-IT

    • Aggregated reporting: Save time and streamline business-wide reporting in a few simple clicks. Aggregated Reporting allows you to combine data and report across multiple projects in your organization. You can find a new Reports tab on the main navigation, offering quick access to the aggregated reporting tools.

 

    • Contracts management: Enable consistent processes, policies, procedures, and overall management across entire organizations with our new Organization Scope contracts. You can also associate products to different contracts for enhanced information management and filtering, and customize pricing options with new tier-based pricing for chosen suppliers.

 

    • Self-Service migration: Our self-service migration tool is now available through our PLAN-IT application for those organizations that have projects in our PLAN Advanced application. With the correct admin permissions, you can easily move your 2.0 projects and take advantage of all that PLAN-IT has to offer. Please connect with your Customer Success representative about account access to self-service migration.

    • Stand-By pump curve display: You can now toggle the Stand-By curve on and off based on Product Line ID Supplier. Enjoy greater flexibility and control over the display of the Stand-By curve in the selector.

 

    • Updated flow calculation: Default flow limits are calculated based on the lowest value from all mixed curve, but these limits require adjustments when we mix hydraulics. To accommodate this, we have updated the flow calculation method for hydraulics by identifying the max flow points through the mixed stages instead of using the lowest value from all mixed curves.

 

Portal Center and Project-Quote-Order Manager
    • Additional default attachments for quote level documents: Streamline your workflow and apply static PDFs to the Quote Level Documents section of Advanced Documents by default. Any new static PDFs selected will be displayed alongside predefined PDFs, such as the Cover Letter and Terms and Conditions.

 

    • Quote revisions history: You can now toggle between quote revisions in Modern Quote View and conveniently review quote updates.

 

  • Default values for quotes and order details: Save time and simplify your Quotes and Order Details page inputs by defining a default value for different fields.

    • Updated Storis integration: Understand how customers interact across your sites and apps, uncover new insights, and make data-driven decisions with the updated Storis eBridge Commerce integration.

 

    • New way to pay: Offer robust financing plans with our new Wells Fargo payment solutions, and encourage sales by displaying financing options on the product page.

 

    • MultiStore functionality: Optimize inventory workflows by conveniently managing product availability at different stores with MultiStore functionality.

 

  • Dealer locator: Let MicroD be your one-stop-shop. With our new in-house solution, you can let customers conveniently find retailer locations closest to them.

  • Work quickly with faster search speeds in multiline fields. When running a test search in a customer database, we reduced the amount of time it took to find the hits from 10 seconds (in Service Pack 12) to 1 second, and reduced the amount of time to display the hits from 25 seconds to 3 seconds.

 

xBOM editor update

  • Save time and build mBOMs much faster now that you can derive mBOMs from an existing eBOM-mBOM combination.
