West User Group Meeting

Configure One hosted the first-ever user group meeting for our West region on Thursday, January 28!

The West User Group meeting featured 7 companies based in the Western region of the United States. Dennis C. demonstrated for us and the other users how their CPQ integration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM works.

This was a lively and talkative group that swapped a good amount of success stories, as well as tales about opportunities for improvement. Two participants took the time to discuss both their current and future efforts for implementation and customer rollout. We’re definitely looking forward to hearing more from this group and expanding on this meeting moving forward!

Similar to other user groups, we had discussions about user adoption, future Configure One features and visualizations. We received excellent feedback on our help forum and community forum.
