Information and Data Security
In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU individuals received pursuant to the EU data governance regulations, Configure One Inc. remains liable.

Data Retention Policy
We will retain your personal information for as long as is needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If this is not possible such as case of information being stored in backup archives, then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

For personal information that we process on behalf of our Subscribers, we will retain such personal information in accordance with the terms of our agreement with them, subject to applicable law.

Credit Card and Financial Information
Should you supply credit card or other financial information on this site, it is stored in memory only for as long as is necessary to process a payment (typically only a few seconds) after which time it is destroyed. We do not permanently store credit card information or other financial information on this site. Dispute Resolution
We encourage clients to raise any concerns using the contact information provided and we will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordingly.

Other Important Information

This policy is effective as of May 25th, 2018. Occasionally we may make changes to this policy to reflect changes in our practices according to legislation or modifications to this site.
