As all of Clearfield’s products are configurable, the company needed to automatically generate a quote, BOM, and routing from a Dynamics configurator. It was also important to be able to quote lead times to customers over the phone.

Utilizing the Configure One Connect integration module, Configure One was able to easily connect to Clearfield’s Microsoft Dynamics GP system resulting in an ideal Microsoft Dynamics product configurator. Configure One imports updated item and customer master data and then exports sales order and item master data. This integration between Configure One and Microsoft Dynamics GP in effect provides a Dynamics configurator that has enabled Clearfield to automate much of its quote-to-order process and provide customers with realistic product delivery dates.
