Configure One’s entire configure-price-quote workflow can be accessed from NetSuite. Start a Configure One quote directly from an opportunity in NetSuite and create fully priced product configurations from the quoting interface. Attach multiple quotes from Configure One to an opportunity before choosing which one to convert into a NetSuite quote or sales order.

Seamless Quoting

Attach quotes from Configure One directly to NetSuite opportunities and view line items and bills of material without leaving the NetSuite interface. Quote documents from Configure One will populate opportunities, quotes, and sales orders in NetSuite.

Product Configuration

Create new product configurations from a quote or sales order in NetSuite. Configured products are sent to NetSuite and included on an opportunity, quote, or sales order. Any unique items created for the configuration are also sent to NetSuite for future use.

Customer Dataflows

No need for dual-entry; customer data is automatically imported to Configure One from NetSuite and used to populate quotes. Customer data is always kept in sync, so Configure One will always use the most up to date information from NetSuite.
