CPQ Integration with SAP

Configure One integrates with SAP to maximize efficiency for managing items, bills of material, orders, and customer information in each system. Materials and customers maintained in SAP are imported to Configure One for use with configurations, quotes, and pricing. Configure One’s integration to SAP minimizes the effort, time, and expense of integrating SAP to a CPQ solution.

Order Integration

Configure One’s robust order interface processes customer orders and then sends the order details out to the SAP as a sales order. Complete bill of material data is also sent to SAP for any configurations included in the order.

Materials and Item Integration

Material data is automatically imported from SAP to Configure One as item masters for use on bills of material and orders. Any new item masters created in Configure One as part of a configuration are exported SAP as new materials.

Customer Dataflows

No need for dual-entry; customer data is automatically imported to Configure One from SAP. Customer data is kept in sync, so Configure One quotes and orders will always use the most up-to-date information from SAP.
